Due to the custom made nature of BeCozi products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for:
- Super chunky Merino wool, Tube and Vegan yarn;
- Any products knitted with super chunky Merino wool, vegan and chenille yarn, including but not limited to blankets, rugs, pet beds, knitwear, home decor products, etc.

We accept returns for a store credit or an exchange for packaged yarn, (any chenille yarn) and needles, given that it is unused and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and for extra shipping fee on the exchanged yarn
If you placed different orders for the same color but received two different dye-lots, we cannot guarantee that the shade will match. Please make sure to order enough or more than enough for a project to guarantee the same shade/dye-lot of the color.
To receive approval for a return/exchange for chenille yarn or needles you need to contact us within three business days upon receipt of your order.
Once approved, the return order must be shipped to us within three business days.
The store credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product, given that it is unused and in its original packaging. Packages without return/exchange approval will not be accepted.
We will not be able to review any return/exchange requests after 15 days of the purchase.
The shipping fee is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees.
